B. Hearing The Court may require a hearing to determine whether the proposed compromise, settlement or discontinuance should be approved. C. RULE 2206. Settlement, Compromise, Discontinuance and Judgment A petition filed pursuant to Pa. R.C.P. No. 2206 shall be governed by Local Rule 2039. RULE 3252. RULE 4007.1.

Procedure in Deposition by Oral Examination

A. A period of at least ten days is deemed reasonable notice as required by Pa.R.C.P. No. 4007.1(a). B. Depositions shall be taken in Lancaster County unless the Court directs otherwise.
