The Child Support Enforcement Program is a cooperative endeavor between Federal, State, and local governments. As a recipient of Title IV-D Social Security Act funds, Pennsyl- vania is required to enter into an agreement (known as the "Cooperative Agreement") with Courts of Common Pleas and the County Commissioners. The purpose of the agreement is to maintain and improve the effectiveness of the Title IV-D Child Support Enforcement Pro- gram. The Domestic Relations Section (DRS) is the provider of child support services in Lancas- ter County under the federal child support program (Title IV-D). These services include: x Filing services for child support, spousal support, and/or alimony pendente lite actions x Paternity establishment x Support Order establishment and modification of existing support orders x Enforcement of Support Orders - including financial and medical provisions of Support Orders.
